We recognise the importance of a consistent, rapid delivery service and key to this is our UK stockholding capability.
We hold branded stock for all of our major customers and this enables us to provide a same day dispatch / next day delivery service for orders received by midday.
As part of our monthly account management routine, we manage product re-order levels dynamically. This will involve reviewing order history, trends and future projections from the customer account manager, in collaboration with our customers stakeholders.
We review order history and usage in detail which will form the initial agreed re-order levels, which are reviewed and adjusted on an ongoing basis.
By following the above approach, the risk of items running out of stock is significantly reduced, and enables us to provide our market leading delivery metrics.
